In order to receive assistance on ACCADEMIA MUGNANO products it is necessary to have the purchase receipt. The warranty period for all products is 2 years, unless otherwise indicated on the packaging.
However feel free to contact the customer service even if you do not have the purchase receipt, we do our best to help you!
To request assistance please write an email to info@accademiamugnano.it, specifying:
- Your Name and Surname
- Name of the product for which you request assistance
- Sizes (diameter or width x length) measured at the top edge of the article or number of cups if it is a coffee pot
- Description of the problem occurred
- Always attach images of both a detail of the defect and the entire article
In this way we receive all necessary informations to process your requrest.
The warranty is valid only if the conditions of use indicated in the instructions are strictly followed. This warranty does not cover non-conventional uses, uses other than normal domestic use (use in commercial facilities, improper repairs, abuse, negligence, falls, etc.), deterioration and discoloration of coatings. The effects and damage caused by washing in the dishwasher are not covered by the warranty. The company reserves the right to repair or replace the product if the defects found are covered by the warranty; otherwise the product will be sent back to the customer.
Warranty claims must be accompanied by the purchase receipt and addressed to:

BEFORE SHIPPING PLEASE WAIT FOR THE QUALITY OFFICE’S FEEDBACK.
If the customer decides to ship the pan for reparing, the shipping costs are charged to the customer who must take care to pack the pan appropriately; The costs of reparing or replaced customer will then be paid by ACCADEMIA MUGNANO.
The following commercial warranty conditions are activated automatically from the date of purchase and have a duration of 24 months. This warranty certificate is issued by ACCADEMIA MUGNANO s.p.a ..
The commercial warranty does not change or affect the rights established by Directive 1999/44/EC and by Legislative Decrete 6 September 2005 n. 206, that the Consumer can always assert. The item sold by ACCADEMIA MUGNANO is guaranteed for defects (occurred within 24 months from the date of purchase) deriving from the manufacturing process. This date must be evidenced by a delivery document issued by the seller or other proof of purchase (i.e. receipt) indicating the name of the seller, the date of purchase, commercial details of the item (i.e ean code, diameter / sizes).
